The Spiritual Importance of the Month of Shravana
In 2023 due to the extra lunar month Shravana festivals will not be celebrated.
Adhika Masam, or extra lunar month starts on Tuesday, July 18 and ends on Wednesday, August 16.2023 – therefore, no festivals are celebrated during this time. It is a month of spiritual pursuits only. As this month falls in Shravana month, it is known as Adhika Shravana month.
